3 Steps to Partner School Success
Our partner schools are churches and ministries that use our Biblical education courses as the engine of their own customized Bible colleges. All over the world, partner schools fuel their students’ success in obtaining their degrees, rising as leaders, and fulfilling their calling.
How do these custom-branded Bible colleges achieve this success? In these three steps…
1. Communicate Vision
Why does your school exist? Our partner schools cite lots of reasons, but many say they want to improve Biblical literacy in their congregations or staff. With our intentional, systematic training, they can bridge an all-t00-normal gap in Christian education. Hand-in-hand with this goal, most partner schools also seek spiritual formation for their students. They know today’s leaders are passionate about the Gospel, and they want to help their students mature in spiritual growth and ministry effectiveness.
Other schools prioritize cultural engagement. It’s said, “Transformed people transform the world,” so they want their students to be able to competently engage today’s culture. For marketplace impact, partner schools want to give their students God’s perspective on business, leadership and finance.
Beyond those reasons, many partner schools exist to fund their ministry projects. With our tuition-sharing opportunities, schools can reinvest students’ enrollment fees into any of their ministry needs. In addition to these reasons, partner schools create relationships between a ministry and its students, often coming from all over the community.
2. Commit to Mission
What does your school look like? Of course, the ultimate option regarding flexibility is our online, on-demand learning in virtual classrooms. These allow students to learn, study and progress at their own pace.
We also offer video classrooms consisting of about 10 hours of video lecture, a great option for students who want to take a class together. Other partner schools offer a hybrid model where individuals watch the lectures but gather in groups to discuss them and study.
Finally, we offer live classrooms with CLSTG faculty that come to your partner school to present the material live. Alternatively, we can train a member of your team to become a qualified Locally Authorized Teacher who can present a course live to your students.
3. Conduct Courses
How do your students succeed? We equip partner schools with a customized Learning Management System website, providing info for prospective students, plus course lectures and materials for enrolled students. On this site, students complete exams with immediate results, and they can access documents and forms.
We do all the heavy lifting of college-level administration, i.e. registration, grading, evaluation of prior learning, transcript requests, etc. This leaves you to focus on student life and coaching your students for their academic and leadership goals.
