ABOUT THE EPISODE
Although 2020 was a year of intense attack from the adversary, and 2021 was a year of extended recovery, 2022 is all about growth and advancement. God establishes seasons and we need to lean into what he’s teaching us in each season. There is often a gap between the promises God gives us and the fulfillment of those promises, but it’s important not to rush the process. While we live in a “now” culture, we must learn to embrace the journey.

EPISODE OVERVIEW
The past couple years presented challenges we’ve never experienced before. We had to trust in God’s power and provision in order to walk through some very unique circumstances. Now, in 2022, we’re entering into a new season – one defined by growth and advancement.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 says, “For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.”
God establishes seasons, and we must be prepared to function according to the demands of each season. We might not fully understand what God is doing in a particular season, but in those times we have to remember that he’s a good father. We can trust him even when we don’t have complete clarity, knowing he’s always working things out for good.
It’s important we value the process of growth. Most leaders quit growing by the end of their 20s, and this could be because they don’t understand the significance of what growth brings. We have to sow before we can reap, and God can teach us valuable lessons while we’re waiting for the harvest season.
