President of Christian Life School of Theology Global, Dr. Randal Langley, was recently the featured speaker at a national leadership conference in Cambodia hosted by the School of Innovative Leadership. This conference was a powerful reminder that good leadership has the ability to transform lives, strengthen community, and transcend distance and culture.
Global Change, Local Impact
Centered around the compelling theme, “Personal Leadership — National Influence,” this impactful two-day executive leadership event brought together influential leaders from across multiple sectors of society, including government, corporate enterprise, small business, education, ministry, and nonprofit organizations. The conference created an extraordinary environment for growth, collaboration, and leadership development among men and women committed to making a lasting impact within their communities and throughout their nation.

Transformational Leadership Starts With You
Conference participants engaged in high-level leadership training designed to strengthen important leadership qualities such as vision, character, influence, communication, and strategic thinking, as well as overall leadership effectiveness. Throughout the weekend, a core principle threaded through each session: before leaders can effectively influence organizations, communities, or nations, they must first cultivate integrity, discipline, wisdom, and personal growth in their own lives.
During his sessions, Dr. Langley challenged attendees to recognize the tremendous responsibility and opportunity that leaders carry, regardless of the size of the group they lead. Whether leading a family, a business, a ministry, or a nation, leadership has the potential to shape culture, inspire progress, and create positive change that endures for generations to come.
As Dr. Langley shared during the conference:
“The ultimate success or failure of any family, organization, community, or project is directly determined by the quality, vision, and influence of its leaders. Everything rises and falls on leadership. And leadership begins with you.”
Good Leadership = Empowering Others
Events such as this one reflect the growing desire worldwide for leadership development that not only equips individuals with practical skills, but also emphasizes the importance of personal integrity and character. Strong leadership is servant leadership. It is not simply about position or authority; it is about wisely leveraging your influence and empowering others to thrive.
We would like to extend our gratitude to Dr. Khoo HH and Dr. Wee Song Lee, whose vision for this event and partnership with us helped make this experience a reality. Their commitment to developing strong leaders in Cambodia is creating ripples of impact, both locally and internationally.
At Christian Life School of Theology Global, we are committed to equipping leaders around the world to grow in wisdom, godly influence, and Kingdom impact. Because when leaders grow, families grow, organizations grow, communities grow — and nations can be transformed.
