COURSE DESCRIPTION
Research reveals that at least 50 percent of professing Christians embrace error over Truth and discount the necessity of a moral compass guided by honesty. When we embrace the Truth of God and commit to walk in it daily, we exponentially increase our ability to discern Truth from error. This course examines the difference between transcendent moral standards (where the standards set the behavior) and temporal secular-humanist standards (where the behavior sets the standards).
GOALS OF THE COURSE
- Understand the importance of walking in the Truth of God in your daily dealings.
- Identify the basic types of New Age philosophies and other false doctrines, comparing and contrasting them with the Truth of God.
- Be prepared to answer those who would deny the divine authorship of absolute Truth.
