Dr. Randal S. Langley is the President and CEO of Christian Life School of Theology Global (CLSTG). He also serves as founding president of Langley Leadership Group, President of the International Association of Bible Colleges and Seminaries and is a founding partner and certified life coach, teacher, and trainer for the John C. Maxwell Team. His desire is to help people fulfill their ultimate purpose in life and achieve their God-given dreams.

With more than 40 years of experience starting, growing, and leading successful organizations, Dr. Langley shares his extensive background in leadership development and high-performance team building to help people live out leadership in remarkable ways!

Dr. Langley’s passion as a leader includes leading people to discover and maximize their potential and contributing high-level strategies to achieve top performance. Dr. Langley holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Management, a D.Min. in Practical Ministry and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Liberty University. He leverages his extensive leadership experience to drive positive change and success for partnered organizations. Dr. Langley is an active member of various advisory boards influencing vision, creative strategies and change throughout their communities. Dr. Langley and his wife Laurie reside in Goodyear, Arizona.
